Guided by the desire to constantly seek innovative flavours, the House chooses from the outset various beans from different terroirs, striving to reveal the particularity of each ingredient that makes up the specialities of its chocolate collection.

 

Anne-Sophie’s dearest dream is to work with exceptional raw materials, such as Ecuador’s National Cocoa, with its subtle floral aromas, and to imagine surprising recipes to develop Bean To Bar 100% organic, with rose, cardamom and blueberry in the future. This is the spirit of a contemporary and innovative gourmet house.

Anne-Sophie travels the world to refine the supply of her products and guarantee cocoa products of noble origin. She collaborates with master French chocolate makers in love with a know-how that spans generations to create delicacies that combine inventiveness, emotion and intensity of taste pleasure.
